I had a really good stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and friendly, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the rooms were clean and spacious, offering good value for money. I especially liked the attention to detail, with amenities such as a safety money box and a floor mat provided. Additionally, the hotel's location near IIUM medical centre and shops made it convenient for me to explore and get what I needed.
All was well during my stay at this hotel.

Nothing
My room number was 2101 and I made a mistake and went to 2001. My room key opened the door of 2001 and I walked in. Why did my room key open another door? When I went to my room 2101 there was a “Please clean my room “ sign hanging on the door. I did not know if it had been cleaned and if I should go in. There is no internet on the upper floor so I was put into a family room where I could get the internet. At 22:00 my room door was opened and someone was trying to get in. it was lucky I had the security catch on my room so they could not get in. When I looked outside there was 3 housekeeping staff standing there saying sorry. Why were they trying to get in my room at 22:00 without knocking first? When I checked out are 05:30 in the morning the person on the front desk was sleeping so I left the room key on the desk and walked out.

New hotel
1. Room service need to be told to clean the room and late also. 2. Room is too small and not standardize. My friend paid same amount but getting larger room. 3. Less privacy; i can listen people talking at the hallway and for sure pwople in the hallway can listen to me when i talk in the room! 4. Tv channel sucks and mine even worse! it is not clear at all. All i can see is dots and dots everywhere. This is after calling maintenance to have a look. Maybe he just look at it. 5. Limited breakfast choice. Maybe acceptable for so called 3 star hotel.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It's conveniently situated near shops, making it easy to find anything you need. Additionally, being close to the IIUM medical centre is a great advantage for anyone in need of medical assistance. The hotel staff is also worth mentioning as they provide excellent service and are always ready to assist with a smile. Another positive aspect is the attention to detail in the rooms. Whether you choose a room with two single beds or a queen bed, you can expect cleanliness and comfort. Lastly, the breakfast provided by this hotel is surprisingly great, offering a delicious start to your day.
All in all, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided a great breakfast buffet and the rooms were spacious and clean. the location was convenient to many shops and restaurants in the area. The rooftop swimming pool was refreshing and had a nice view.
I was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room and the floor was not very clean. , some areas of the hotel could use refurbishing, such as the bathroom and door.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel - it was close to lots of shops, restaurants, and the IIUM medical centre. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good for a smaller hotel. Additionally, the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Nothing everything was great.

It is a new hotel.
I think the hotel has a problem with the sewerage system. The room smells.
